Father, I believe with all my heart, all my mind and all my soul that you love me. You love me with a love that satisfies my heart. Your love gives me peace. Your love gives me joy. Your love gives me rest. Amen.
"These prayers have helped me reach a level of peace, joy and freedom I never thought possible. These prayers are a big part of my daily life. I like that they are short, handy and meaningful. This is how I pray now."

Prayer Tips
God can change your life! God can change your situation. Bring your petitions before the Lord.
The great thing about arrow prayers is that you can pray them on the go or you can slow down to pray them, and benefit greatly either way.
Pray in the manner that brings you closer to the heart of God. Here, I will share how I pray my arrow prayers but how I pray may not be the best way for you to pray. The important thing is to find the way to pray that works best for you.
The prayers in my books are declarative. They declare and affirm what we believe about God. This is what makes them distinct from other prayers. This makes them very powerful as well. God's bless you!

Field & Arrow Prayers
Field prayers are prayers that you take with you to your field of work, to school (your field of study) or to your mission field (ministry or other mission). A field prayer is a prayer, or prayers, that you are committed to praying in the morning, at noon, in the evening and at night (all day and night). This prayer can be a long prayer such as the Our Father or it can be a one sentence prayer like the arrow prayers on this page, or in my books. You can combine two or more arrow prayers to form a long prayer. The long prayer you form using arrow prayers can be used as a field prayer (see the field prayer above).

3 Field Prayers Weekly
3 Field Prayers Weekly
Lately my weeks have been busy so this week I decided to use three arrow prayers as my field prayers. I wrote them in my planner: 1. Jesus, you are my peace. You are my joy. You are my everything. 2. Jesus, I thirst for your presence. I thirst for your love. 3. Jesus, you are my purity. Your purity gives me rest.
I prayed these 3 prayers all week, at least 4 times a day. Occasionally I would change it up a little: Jesus, I hunger and thirst for your purity. I hunger and thirst for your love. I hunger and thirst for your presence. By Tuesday I had all these prayers memorized and prayer just seemed to flow out of me when prompted by the Holy Spirit. You may use your journal or planner to record your daily or weekly prayers.
Audio Prayers
Audio Prayers
My favorite way to pray the field prayers in my books is by listening to them. As I listen to them, I pray along. I listen to them in the morning first thing when I get up. I listen to them during my commute to work and during my commute home from work. Listening to an audio version of my field prayers helps me to keep my mind on God, and this often brings deep transformation and keeps me close to God. I have the prayers recorded on my phone. There are many recorder apps you can use for this. This doesn't need to be a professional recording. This is for your ears only anyway. I add Gregorian chant music in the background. I keep the music low so that my voice stands out and can be heard clearly. In the near future I plan to produce professional audio prayer books. I will make them available on Audible. Until then, my own recordings at home will have to do.
Vocal Prayer and Mental Prayer
Vocal Prayer and Mental Prayer
Another way that I like to pray my arrow prayers is by vocalizing them. I like to say them with conviction, with emotion and with love. Father, I love you with all my heart, all my mind and all my soul. Once I vocalize it, I will say it again and move on to the next prayer and repeat the process. At other times I prefer to read the prayer mentally as I sit still; then I read it again as I relax in the silence of the morning, evening or night. This method fills me with so much peace. Vocalizing the prayers increases my conviction, my faith and helps me to deepen the truth God is speaking to me through the arrow prayer.
Ebooks for Prayer
Ebooks for Prayer
The great thing about having arrow prayers in an ebook is that it makes it very convenient for us to pray. You can take the prayers anywhere because they are there in your cell phone. You can pray when you are standing in line at the grocery store, while you sit in traffic or at a red light. You can pray your arrows in your car right before you go into work and you can pray them in your bedroom right before you go to sleep. You can also pray them before you go to church. Before the ebook, I had my arrow prayers in PDF format and this was very helpful to my prayer life. With the ebook it is so much better because it is so much more pleasing to the eyes and you can make the letters bigger too.
Pray All 40 Prayers
Find a quiet, comfortable place to pray. Pray in the silence of the day, evening or night; or you can play relaxing, sacred music in the background. Say these prayers in the morning, at noon, in the evening and at night. Say each prayer once or twice when you sit down to pray.
This is exactly how I started praying my arrow prayers. In one sitting I would read/pray all 40 prayers. Sometimes I would vocalize them, at other times I would pray them mentally. Sometimes I would say each prayer twice. It would take me about 3 to 5 minutes to do this. It was important for me to pray all the prayers because I wanted to get them inside of me, I wanted to believe them more and to live them out more; and little by little the transformation came. This is the goal. More freedom, more peace, more union with Christ. Mission accomplished.
General Prayer Tips
General Prayer Tips
Say one prayer in the morning, a different prayer at noon and a different prayer in the evening.
If you are in a group, you can all say the selected arrow prayers together or someone can lead the prayer by vocalizing it, followed by everyone in the group vocalizing the same prayer.
Memorize two, three or more prayers. Pray them throughout the day or during your time of need.
At the end of each prayer you may add the words: Amen, Thank you, Glory to God in the Highest, Alleluia or use your preferred closing words.
When you pray, make time to listen to God as well. When I pray arrow prayers I often feel that God is speaking to me through the words I say to God. The prayers not only speak to me, but they move me, they transform me and empower me with God's Spirit.

Conversion of Heart
Conversion of Heart
Arrow prayers can be prayed in many ways. The goal of prayer is conversion of heart. Prayer must change us, transform us into the likeness of Jesus Christ. Our mind must become his mind, our heart must become his heart. His faith, his love and his goodness must become our faith, our love and our goodness. This is the goal of our prayer each time we pray.
